Neo had a revolutionary banking API, but their user dashboard was cold, clinical, and intimidating. New users were dropping off during the onboarding process because the data felt overwhelming.
THE SOLUTION
We introduced a warm, cream-based light mode UI to replace the harsh black-and-blue tech aesthetic. By integrating a soft serif font for headings and simplifying the data visualization using muted terracotta and soft greens, we made the interface feel approachable and human.
